Experiencing is by its very nature a burden. Even the most basic experiences are a burden, as are "good" experiences. It's impossible for an experience not to be a burden. Therefore, all experiences are a form of suffering, a harm, and are bad.
It would be better if there were no experiences. Something that experiences (i.e., a sentient being) is unavoidably harmed by coming into existence. Nothing that can experience should be brought into existence.
I'm an antinatalist. I don't think anything that is sentient (has the ability to experience) should be brought into existence. Some of the reasons i'm an antinatalist: sentience is a burden, sentient beings suffer and cause suffering, existence is unnecessary.

Life Can Get Real Bad Real Fast
You could be dancing and singing one moment and paralyzed or traumatized the next.
Don't Be Fooled By A Smile
Don't think that a smile, laugh, wagging tail, purr, or lick means that all is well. One can do such things yet still suffer immensely or cause immense suffering.
Why So Serious?
Because life causes a horrific amount of suffering and is being imposed on an enormous number of sentient beings every day, and it's all unnecessary because life is unnecessary.
Never A Good Time To Be Alive
Even if it were the best time in history to be alive, that wouldn't make it good to be born or alive. Life is still bad; terrible things still occur; it would still have been better never to have been born.
